Please see the attached results for the current standings after Glacial Trail 50K/50M, with only Surf the Murph left on the race calendar!
Congratulations to Jeff Leuwerke for his second place finish in the 50 mile race! Mark Martinsen continued his impressive year with a strong 50K finish, along with Gary Sheets and Rick Bothwell.
For the series, we still have a close race in the women’s open and overall between Kelly Jaworski and Stephanie Hoff. Lisa Klotzbach leads the masters and Janet Gray has a strong hold on the Grandmasters. On the men’s side, Jeff Leuwerke has a strong lead in the Open, Jack Prentice heads the Masters, and Mark Martinsen is way out in front of the Grandmasters and overall.
So, a few of the divisions could still see a shakeup this weekend! Good luck to those looping the Murphy-Hanrehan trails!
Also, let me know if you’re planning to participate in the Surf the Murph races, as we’d like to coordinate UMTR pictures of any participants at the event. Thanks in advance!

Reminder about the banquet scheduled for November 12th as well! My wife and I are expecting a child in early November so I may be otherwise occupied, but I know we already have a bunch of race entries donated for Ultra Series races and a lot of other cool swag. It will be a great time!
